1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using resViP, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Business entity

The ResViP is a product of The Meaningful Change LLC.

3. Your responsibilities as an organizer

  • You will only upload phone numbers belonging to people who have given you prior express written consent to receive SMS messages from you.
  • You will keep your roster accurate and remove anyone who revokes consent.
  • You will not use resViP to send unsolicited messages, spam, harassing content, or anything unlawful.
  • You are responsible for the content of your event pages and any messages you send through the platform.

4. SMS billing

Paid SMS tiers are billed monthly. SMS allowances reset each billing period and unused messages do not roll over. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.

5. Administrator access

You acknowledge that resViP staff may access your account and event data for support, abuse prevention, billing, security, and legal compliance, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including any account suspected of sending unsolicited SMS messages. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer

resViP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
